This Award is presented to the most outstanding ICT R&D project. Any Information and Communication Technology research and development, conducted by academic, non-academic institutions, or individuals to create innovative products, processes, and services; and that such innovations have been completed fully but not yet actively marketed, or are already actively marketed but still no customer or installation, or not been completed but their features and functionalities can be demonstrated.
