The Sri Lankan nominees for each of the APICTA categories would be selected based on the following minimum criteria.
– The product / Project needs to be selected to the “Winners Circle” of NBQSA.
– The Judging advisory committee of NBQSA need to decide that the product / project has relevance to the regional or international context.
